Early Years Bake Their Own Biscuits!

During the term we have done quite a bit of baking and cooking. We made porridge like our favourite bears from the story 'Goldilocks and the three bears'. We made loads of it to share with everybody and we even topped it with some yummy toppings such as honey, jam and chocolate chips. We baked our very own biscuits, which we measured, mixed and cut out into different shapes because we have been learning to recognise our shapes during numeracy. It was great fun for children who chose their own shapes and cut out their very own biscuits.
